These terms cover what you can expect from RushLess and what we expect from you. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if a passage is unclear, ask us and we will fix the wording.
RushLess is an iOS app that helps you cut back on energy drinks through a gradual weekly taper. By downloading or using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app — and if you have already subscribed, cancel and ask Apple for a refund.
The agreement is between you and us, the developer of RushLess. Apple is not a party to it. You can reach us at the address at the bottom of this page.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use RushLess on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. The app and its content — including the energy-drink dataset, the coach scenarios and the design — remain ours.
Please do not decompile or reverse-engineer the app, resell or sublicense it, strip out its dataset for another product, or use it to build a competing catalog. Automated scraping of the app or this site is not allowed either.
RushLess is a subscription app. After onboarding, using it requires an active RushLess+ subscription — there is no free tier and no ad-supported mode. New users get a 3-day free trial offered through the App Store; if you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
RushLess is a self-help habit tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing in the app — including the taper plan, the coach and the caffeine figures — is medical advice or a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or therapist.
Cutting caffeine can cause headaches, fatigue and irritability for a few days. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an anxiety or sleep disorder, or take medication that interacts with caffeine, talk to a healthcare professional before changing your intake. If you feel unwell, stop and seek advice — and in an emergency, call your local emergency number rather than opening an app.
The caffeine, sugar and calorie values in the catalog come from manufacturer and public sources. We keep them as accurate as we can, but recipes and regional variants change; treat them as estimates, not lab measurements. The same goes for savings figures, which are arithmetic on the prices you enter.
RushLess is rated 12+ and is not for children under 13. Use it for your own habit, honestly — the plan only works on real numbers. Do not use the app to plan or encourage harmful consumption, and do not present its output as clinical guidance to anyone else.
Your log, plan and history are stored on your device and belong to you. We do not claim any right over them. How the little that leaves your phone is handled is set out in full in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We improve RushLess continuously, so features may be added, changed or retired. We will not remove a core paid feature mid-period without offering you a way out. The app needs a supported version of iOS; we do not promise it will be free of bugs or available without interruption.
If we change these terms, we update this page and its version number, and announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use RushLess after that means you accept the new version.
RushLess is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost data on a phone you no longer have, or decisions you take about your health based on the app.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU or elsewhere. Where we are liable, our liability is capped at what you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
Because RushLess is distributed through the App Store, these terms include Apple’s minimum requirements:
These terms are governed by Hungarian law, without displacing the consumer-protection rules of the country you live in. If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Questions about these terms, a billing problem Apple could not solve, or a passage that reads badly — write to us and a person answers.
